Dr. Elif Kalaycı

Elif Kalaycı is a graduate of Üsküdar American High School for Girls, Boğaziçi University Department of Economics, Texas A&M University Business Administration graduate program. He received his doctorate degree from METU Science and Technology Policy Studies program in 2012. He worked at Atılım University in the departments of business and economics for 15 years, and conducted various projects and workshops with local and foreign seals. In addition to different economics courses, he has taught innovation and entrepreneurship courses, and has mentored technological initiatives. He has published publications in journals such as European Journal of Development Economics, Foresight and STI Governance, Economics, Business and Finance. He retired in July 2019.
