Oguz Aslan
Oğuz Aslan was born in 1983 in Elazığ. He completed his primary and secondary education in Bandırma and Elazığ. In 2004, he graduated from Gazi University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations.
While he was a university student, he served as a Board Member and Human Resources Coordinator at AIESEC, an international student organization, during which time he won the “Best Human Resources Management Award”.
It is a social responsibility project in education in 2004. Turkey Ladybugs LION Oguz Project Assistant task of dealing with the project, then worked as R & D İzgören Education and Distance Education Coordinator Assistant at the Academy.
After completing his military service, he worked as a Training Specialist at Real Hypermarkets Chain. During his duty, he won the "Innovation Award" in the competition within the institution.
Between 2010 and 2011, he worked as a consultant in the human resources and restructuring processes of various institutions within Ergmer Consulting.
Since 2010, she has been actively involved in the Association of Young Entrepreneurs and Leaders (JCI). He was a Board Member in Ankara Branch in 2011 and 2012, and as Branch Head of JCI Çankaya Branch in 2014. He won the first prize in the "Public Speaking" competition held nationally in 2012, and the "Best Instructor" award in 2013.
The Insurance Agency, which he established with his partner in August 2011, continued its activities until 2017. Oğuz Aslan holds the Agency Technical Personnel Certificate and the Private Pension license.
After graduating from Kırıkkale University Occupational Health and Safety Department in 2012, he became a Class B Occupational Safety Specialist. In the same years, he was authorized to provide KOSGEB-approved Applied Entrepreneurship trainings.
In 2013, he was among the founding members of Ankara Turkish Toastmasters (Public Speaking and Leadership Club).
In 2016 with two partners Ankara University Technology Development Zone in an attempt to implement the web access tifika.co , he continues to Turkey's most comprehensive digital certification platform, currently operating.
In 2019, he assumed the task of Deputy Leading Director of Initiative Movement Ankara.
Oğuz Aslan still provides personal and corporate development trainings to institutions in his professional business life and mentors in entrepreneurship programs. Oğuz Aslan has a published book titled “At a Glance”.
